Important Information

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 30 days prior to the event. If an event is booked within 30 days of the scheduled event the full payment is required as soon as possible;
• DJ services are available starting at $150; sound and lighting services are available

Host Bar Services

• All events booked in unlicensed rooms/spaces must be booked 2 weeks or 10 business days in advance; all other rooms/spaces that are licensed need to booked 1 week in advance

Please Note: A Campus Event Form is to be filled out prior to the event

• Full range of beverage services available at $30 plus GST per hour (min. 3 hrs).
  Fee to be applied to all rooms that require beverage services.
• There is also a Management Fee of $130 plus GST charged to all people requiring services; this applies to parties of more than 50 people and is in addition to the above beverage service fee
• There is a set-up and tear down cost (billed at 1 ½ hrs)
